Everyone at the reception desk is remarkably friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The security guards always greet guests with a smile and kindness, ready to help with anything—from opening doors to offering assistance—with genuine positivity. I firmly believe that people are the heart and soul of any company, and this hotel’s team exemplifies that perfectly. Their dedication and warmth not only enhance the guest experience but truly define the value of this establishment. It’s the wonderful people here who make this hotel great, and I have nothing but praise for them.

Location is great; Lot 10, Pavilion and Fahrenheit just around the corner. Accessible by Grabs even during peak time when other places are congested. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bedroom was spacious and clean. A bit dated yet very clean; this includes the linens and towels. Air-conditioning has worked properly. This is important during hot weather. Breakfast was a good spread and generous. They changed the main menu daily which is a great deal! Will certainly choose to stay at the hotel in the future.

(as the last 2 visits it was not) but i must say the staff is excellent. We requested for a smooth late check in and it was very very smooth. keep up the good work
